For the national tax interview, I think you need to have a good attitude, be calm in the examination room, and be able to face the examiner with ease. Whether the examiner is looking at you or not, you must keep your mind steady and answer the questions. Let me tell you a few points of my experience

1. You must have a good attitude. When the examiner asks you what you will do if you fail the exam, you must answer clearly that it doesn't matter and keep trying.

2. The rules vary from place to place. For example, in the Chongqing National Taxation Interview, you are given scratch paper, but you listen to the examiner read the questions. In short, you must listen to the meaning of the questions clearly. If you don’t understand, you can ask to read it again, and then draft a brief answer. Outline, plan your own ideas to answer, don't change it casually

3. Make sure you take the time. When you enter the examination room, the examiner will tell you how many questions there are and how much time you have. You have to allocate time for each question. More or less, the questions in the morning should be fully completed and the answers in the afternoon should be concise and to the point

4. Do not lower your head to answer, but look into the eyes of the examiner and other examiners or look at them
