Step 1: Open the Alipay homepage and click on mine in the lower right corner.

Step 4: Go to my customer service page and click online customer service in the lower right corner.

Step 5: Enter the emergency contact and click Send.

Step 6: The official customer service reply is: Alipay has no emergency contact. Therefore, Alipay has no way to change emergency contacts.
