What is Skylink?

Skylink is an APP that provides global Internet access services for Huawei's flagship mobile phone users, including "Global Mobile Data" and "WLAN" Internet access services.

Global mobile data service: you don't need to buy a local SIM card, and you don't need to open international roaming. It can "connect" high-quality carrier networks in more than 80 countries and regions around the world with one click.

WLAN service: One-click free connection to 57 million hotspots around the world, covering more than 100 countries/regions.

Skylink can be used in the following ways:

Version 5.2.x and above:

For global mobile data, please follow the following steps:

1. Open the Tianlian APP, enter the "Traffic" tab, select the package at the destination, and complete the payment;

2. After arriving at the destination, enter the "Connect" tab and click "Connect to the Internet";

3. In the list of available services, select the package and click Enable.

Old version of the operation guide:

1. Domestic WLAN: Turn on the mobile WLAN, and click "Connect" when the mobile phone network is unblocked and there is a telecom hotspot nearby. After the connection is successful, you can surf the Internet for free. The connection process needs to consume very little data traffic (KB level).

2. Global WLAN: Turn on the mobile phone WLAN, click "Connect" when the mobile phone network is unblocked and there are available hotspots nearby, and you can surf the Internet for free after the connection is successful. There is no need to connect to the network in advance during the connection process.

3. Global mobile data: First of all, you need to open a global mobile data service in China, then go to the area covered by this service overseas, turn on the switch of the global mobile data page, and buy a package to surf the Internet. Please follow the client's prompt for details.
