Advantages of callback: callback saves network traffic compared with direct dial. It is recommended to use callback when the network speed is not good or the voice of direct dial is intermittent. This charge is two-way.

There are three ways to make a phone call:

1. Online voice call: it is a way to make a phone call through the network. When you and the other party log in to the micro phone, you can use the micro phone for online voice dialing to make a call, which will only consume the Internet traffic between you and the other party, and the call duration is unlimited. Can be used anywhere in the world, and can achieve video calls. It is suggested that both parties surf the Internet through Wi-Fi or 3G network, and use it when the traffic is abundant.

2. VoIP direct dialing: it is a way to dial the ordinary telephone (PSTN) network through the Internet. This call method is recommended when you have logged in through Wi-Fi or 3G network, but the other party has not logged in, or the other party has logged in, but the network is unstable or the Internet traffic cost is high. Talking on the phone will only consume your internet traffic, and the other party is the same as answering an ordinary phone.

3. Callback: The system calls the calling party and the called party at the same time, and changes dialing to answering the phone. Callback will deduct the call duration of the two calls respectively. If only one party is connected, it will be deducted according to the actual call duration of the connected party. It is recommended to use this call method when the network condition is not good. The call is not affected by the network speed, and the call effect is the same as that of the traditional call without consuming traffic.
