Self-driving route of ethnic minorities in Jilin: from Changchun to Baicheng, the beautiful scenery between provincial boundaries.

This is an unexpected trip. Thanks to the invitation of Jilin Provincial Cultural Tourism Bureau, this mushroom cool, who has lived in the south for a long time, set foot in the three northeastern provinces for the first time, went deep into Kanto, China, and felt the beauty of Jilin.

This route is a self-driving route for ethnic minorities. It starts from Changchun all the way to Baicheng in the northwest and lingers on the borders of Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and Montenegro for 6 days and 5 nights. The whole journey is about 700 kilometers:

Arrive in Changchun on 1 day

The next day in the spring-Daan, Longhua Temple, Chagan Lake, Nenjiang Bay National Wetland Park (200 km by car), stay in Daan.

On the third day, Tian 'an-Baicheng, Da 'an North Steam Engine Exhibition Hall, Yueliangpao Water Conservancy Scenic Area, Momoge National Nature Reserve and Baishatan National Large-scale Irrigation Area (drive 120 km), stayed in Baicheng.

On the fourth day, Baicheng-Taonan, Chagan Haote Tourist Resort, Kanto Cultural Memory Block (30 km by car), stayed in Taonan.

On the fifth day, Baicheng-Changchun, Tongyu Xianghai Bird Park in the topaz forest region of Mongolia, and natural almond forests in Baolawendu (350 kilometers by car), Changchun.

Leave Changchun on the sixth day

I decided to take the city as the starting point to introduce the characteristics and attractions of each city. I won't stay long in Changchun. Every scenic spot is just a scratch. I have opened a lot of online raiders, so I don't need to introduce them. Actually, I prefer ethnic scenic spots.

Longhua Temple

After leaving Changchun, the next stop is Songyuan City. We drove to the northwest and came to Longhua Temple, which is located by the Songhua River in ningjiang district Forest Park, Songyuan City. Daxiong Hall is the central axis, with dense jungle and beautiful mountains and rivers. It is a rare place for feng shui.

This temple adopts the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, imitating the style of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City in Beijing. Do you feel deja vu?

Unfortunately, Longhua Temple was closed on the day we visited, so we could only enjoy it with drones. The plane flew over a lotus pond, close to the magnificent hall, and the iron gate at the door was completely invisible. The hall is very deep and large, and its plane has been within the scope of the hall for a long time. Later, I read the information. It turns out that this Longhua Temple is the largest temple in Asia so far. No wonder it is so magnificent.

Chagan lake

The most famous lake in Songyuan is Chagan Lake, but it is more widely known as winter fishing in Chagan Lake, which is a custom and traditional fishery production mode as early as Liao and Jin Dynasties.

Fishing and hunting started from mid-February to mid-October in 65438. Locals will put fishing nets as long as 2 kilometers into the ice lake and wait for the right time to fish. The local fish is called "chubby fish", and the bigger it is, the more valuable it is. Be sure to come and see it in winter when you have the opportunity.

However, what is there to play here in summer? Chagan Lake in summer is more like a sea, blue and clear, and the sky meets the sea. We galloped on the seaside highway, creating the feeling of Hawaii! Northeasters call this lake "bubble", so it can also be called "Chagan bubble". In fact, it is a very large dammed lake. Standing by the lake, there is an endless ocean.

Locals also like to play artificial beaches here. Although the beach is not big, it is a paradise for children, and 20 yuan can play for one day. If you don't want to go into the water, you can play cruise ships, bicycles, electric boats, sailing boats and so on on the lake. I think the price is a little expensive, but it can be negotiated. Everyone must play smarter.

In fact, Chagan Lake is not far from Inner Mongolia, and it was also under the jurisdiction of Mongolia in ancient times, so it also has the habit of riding horses. There is a meadow by the lake, and some ponies are raised by local people, which brings riding pleasure to tourists passing by the lake. Of course, it can't be compared with the prairie, but posing is quite fun.

In addition to playing, when you come to Chagan Lake, you must try the local chubby fish. These fish were caught while fishing in winter and were frozen in the refrigerator all summer. The local people stew fish in a stove. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, chopped green onion, dried Chili, soybean sauce and soy sauce into a pot of secret soup base, and then add the chubby fish pieces. After stewing for about 20 minutes, the pot can be boiled, and a thick fragrance comes to my face. What a glutton!

We eat in a restaurant called Northeast Dadun, which is more like a food stall, a table and a stove. There is no air conditioning in the big bay, and everyone is sweating all over the stove. This is the northeast of China. Four people ordered 2 Jin of chubby fish, 35 yuan/Jin, vermicelli and other side dishes, until everyone was clutching their stomachs, they ordered about 120 yuan. What a treat!

Nenjiang

Nenjiang River is one of the oldest river basins in China. Since the Neolithic Age, it has been the footprint of human life. The north is a tributary of Songhua River, which originates from the southern foot of Daxinganling Mountains in Inner Mongolia and flows through the borders of Heilongjiang Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Jilin Province.

The first bay where Nenjiang River flows into Jilin Province is called Baishatan. A small dam, which looks unremarkable, is actually opposite Heilongjiang. As soon as I arrived here, I received a short message of "Welcome to Heilongjiang", and I suddenly felt an inexplicable excitement in my heart.

In Da 'an, there is a Nenjiang Bay National Wetland Park located in Songnen Plain, which is a national 4A scenic spot. Since ancient times, it has been a natural harbor wharf and the largest inland river open port in Jilin Province. Now there is no sign of the port, but it has become a wetland where wild birds live, leaving only a few pavilions to prove that glory has been here.

We drove on to Moon Bubble, a remnant lake in Nenjiang River. It looks like a swamp. Irrigation breeds the surrounding cultivated land, grassland and woodland, and it is also a famous freshwater fish breeding base in the province. I also see that there are many oil recovery machines here. Although they are not very big, there is one not far apart. Asked the local people to know that the original Moon Bubble Town is rich in oil resources, which is a basin with rich aquatic plants and rich products.

Jin Kui great north Steam Engine Exhibition Hall

When we were chasing Nenjiang, we passed a city called Da 'an. The city itself is not special, but we found a very special "car tomb" here, and also introduced the aerial photography program of Jilin, called Da 'an North Steam Engine Exhibition Hall.

You can visit here for free. Apart from TV programs, there are few online tour guides and no tourists. The sign at the door said that there was an iron gate in the Da 'an North Car Workshop, and no one was there, so we drove in.

Inside is the workshop. On the right, there are several workers repairing the locomotive. On the left, there are many trains. Going deeper, you can see more and more shocking locomotives.

I call it the "car tomb" because all the trains here are retired. These locomotives were built in the early days of the People's Republic of China, and once served the construction of frontier areas such as the northwest, galloping for millions of kilometers and composing a magnificent song of railway transportation production. Today, although it is no longer a task of traction, it is actually only a temporary withdrawal from the historical stage. As a strategic reserve, if China needs them again one day, these locomotives will be able to complete the task as scheduled.

In the center of the exhibition hall, these motorcycles are in a circle, arranged in a very uniform way, which is very shocking from the perspective of God. Moreover, these locomotives are very clean and tidy, and you can't see that they have run such a long way.

Several carriages are open to tourists to show the working principle of the front of steam locomotive. You can also sit in the position of conductor and pretend that you are operating the train. It's quite enjoyable

Momoge National Nature Reserve

Momoge sounds like the pronunciation of "mother", which is Mongolian. Momoge Nature Reserve is located in the western edge of the flat Songnen Plain, with several sand dunes flowing like mother's nipples, hence its name.

There is also a name called "Hometown of China White Crane". Every year in the golden autumn of 65438+ 10, more than 4000 cranes arrive as scheduled, accounting for 90% of the world's cranes. Besides white cranes, there are other migratory birds, such as red-crowned cranes, white-headed cranes and gray cranes. Thousands of migratory birds gathered in the wetland for a while, covering the sky, just like a "migratory bird storm."

Momoge can't see such wonders in summer, but he can only enjoy the wetlands dotted with rivers and lakes. Many children chase ducks in the stream here, and there are car washes. It seems to be a paradise for local people to go out for an outing.

Momoge Nature Reserve has opened up a number of tourist routes, including ecological experience, bird watching, river rafting, grassland horse racing, hunting, grassland sports, Mongolian customs tour and so on. When you come to this bird grand view garden, you can completely blend in with nature and experience life in the world.

Chagan haote tourist resort

Mongolian "Chagan" means white, "Haote" means city, and "Chagan Haote" means Baicheng, which is the historical name of Baicheng. In order to promote the development of tourism, Chagan Haote Tourist Resort has been established in the local area, which spans the Horqin Grassland in Jilin Province and is the largest Mongolian yurt group in Jilin Province.

When I was studying Genghis Khan, I had the impression that he was in charge of grasslands, and all grasslands in China belonged to him. I came to Chaganhaote and saw the statue of Genghis Khan. He should be not only the head of the grassland, but also the spiritual leader of the local people! This Horqin grassland is also one of the areas under the jurisdiction of Genghis Khan, and there is a long corridor to introduce his great achievements in detail.

Then walk into the yurt group. There are about twenty or thirty large and small white yurts, which can be rented as tents for summer vacation, dining and accommodation. When you see a yurt supermarket, go in and have a look. There was a Mongolian aunt in the shop, and the things she sold were not special, so I asked her if she could rent a yurt to live in. She said yes, it costs 600 yuan during the day and 400 yuan cheaper at night. No bed, no tables and chairs. It's a Datong store, 10 can be installed by many people, but the bathroom and shower are used outside. It seems that only friends who want to see the grassland starry sky will choose.

If you don't want to live, you can eat box lunch and roast whole sheep 2300. The price is reasonable, but for a small population like us, I really want to eat here!

Many locals will drive here for their holidays without tickets. As long as you take 5 yuan as a means of transportation, bring folding tables and chairs and tents, camping is not a problem at all. The tourist area has a reservoir on one side and a grassland on the other. The scenery is beautiful, the grassland is cool in summer, and the temperature is about 30 degrees. As long as adequate sun protection measures are taken, this is indeed a holiday resort.

We wanted to drive around the tourist area and found it really too big. There is no turning back, so we have to retrace our steps. When I came back, I saw a shepherd and a handsome sheepdog, driving a flock of lambs. Living in the city, we are rare, very strange, and feel quite spectacular, so we followed the sheep for a while. Sometimes I envy this nomadic life. I work at sunrise and rest at sunset. I am free and happy.

taonan city

After leaving Chaganhaote, we turned around and headed south. Our next destination was taonan city, a small town within the jurisdiction of Baicheng City. Taonan can only be regarded as the urban-rural fringe of domestic lines 6 and 7, with bustling downtown, dilapidated streets and even dry toilets in some places, but it is the true epitome of domestic urban development.

Tianen Land Bureau is a government agency related to astronomy and geography. In fact, when the Qing Dynasty was in charge of this area, it built this "Mongolian Palace" as an office space in the center of taonan city. The building has the characteristics of the Qing Dynasty, and the structure is a Chinese layout of "two palaces and yamen style". The walls of the building are decorated with cornices and antique decorations, which shows that the city once had a glorious time.

Wu's official residence, whose official name is Marshal House, is also called "Wu House" by local people. This is an ancient building museum, full of China's Kanto customs. Let me briefly introduce this Wu Dashuai. In the Republic of China, he was an army general and led troops to Taonan. Marshal was rewarded for his meritorious service in pacifying the enemy. He used the money to build a commercial building in the local area, which was called "Shuaifulou". Shuaifu Building was the tallest commercial building in taonan city at that time, located in the center of the most prosperous "Xinglong Street", with complete goods and a wide range of sales. Before 1973, it was the commercial center of Taonan, but it was gradually stopped. Now it exists as a museum, recording the rise and fall of the city.

People have also erected statues and monuments for Wu Dashuai, but the official residence has turned into an old restaurant, which is a bit sad and has changed with time.

We can't talk about traveling when we pass Taonan, but if you happen to pass by, maybe you can spend half a day walking, seeing the precipitation of history and feeling the pace of urban development.

Tongyu Xianghai

Jilin is known as "Changbai in the east and Xianghai in the west". Xianghai is a national nature reserve and a national 4A-level tourist area, located in Tongyu County, Baicheng City.

Xianghai is a nature reserve in the west of China, where you can enjoy the original features of grasslands, such as swamps, lakes, birds and animals, Mongolian elms, natural apricot trees, reeds and other ecological landscapes.

We drove in the direction of Changchun and passed a large forest, which was Mongolian elm and natural almond.

Local residents know that clear water and green mountains are priceless, so they attach great importance to protecting the ecological environment. I stand under a shady tree. Even in hot summer, there is no wind to cool myself down and no rain to moisten myself. Dense forests provide an excellent ecological environment for all kinds of birds, and are also the natural oxygen bar for human beings. If the elm turns yellow and the apricot turns pink in autumn, it will be a more charming scenery!

We drove all the way to Changchun, a straight and flat asphalt road with neat trees and cultivated land on both sides. This is the result of border construction by the state and local governments, and it also paves the way for future tourism development. It is believed that this area will also develop into a mature tourist area in the near future, so that more tourists can experience the natural scenery with national characteristics.

Jilin tourism is not only Changbai Mountain, but also goes deep into Jilin. Actually, there are other different scenic spots and self-driving routes.

Let me briefly summarize this self-driving trip in Jilin. The whole journey from Changchun to Baicheng is about 700 kilometers. They are all natural scenery, leisurely and not tired, which is quite suitable for a family trip.

1, Changchun is the hometown of FAW, and FAW-Volkswagen is everywhere. You have to do as the Romans do and rent a Volkswagen, which is twice as embarrassing. The six-day car rental fee is * * * 1200 yuan, and the total per capita is about * * * 1000 yuan.

2. The local consumption level is very low. Except for the scenic spots in Changchun, most other scenic spots are free of charge. The food is very heavy and cheap. There are four people in our party. We eat, drink and have fun for 6 days, per capita 1000 yuan, affordable!

3. Natural landscapes along the way, vast grasslands, plains, forests and wetlands. This route has few tourists and a fresh niche, which is most suitable for friends who explore and open up wasteland.

Northeast food is very heavy, so don't order too much to avoid wasting. The taste is sour and sweet, a bit like the taste of Korea, not so spicy. If you don't like sweet friends, remember to sweeten them directly.
