What should I do if I forget the account and password of WeChat?

Scenario 1: Binding a mobile phone

If the mobile phone number is bound to the WeChat account, you can click More > Log in to other accounts > Enter the mobile phone number > Next > Log in with SMS verification code, and reset the WeChat password after the WeChat login is successful;

Scenario 2: QQ is bound

If the QQ number is bound to a WeChat account, you can click More > Log in to other accounts > Log in with micro signal /QQ number/email > enter the QQ number and login password on the WeChat login page, and reset the WeChat password after the WeChat login is successful;

Scenario 3: There are bound mailboxes.

If the WeChat account has a bound email address, you can log in to the WeChat login interface.

1. Click More > Log in to other accounts > Log in with micro signal /QQ number/email address > Enter email address and login password, and reset the WeChat password after the WeChat login is successful;

2. Or for the bound email address, click Retrieve Password > Link the address through the webpage in the email, enter the email address, and reset the WeChat password;

Scenario 4: The bound mobile phone number /QQ/ email address has been forgotten and cannot be used.

If you have forgotten the bound mobile phone number /QQ/ email address, you can click More > Log in to other accounts > Retrieve the password > Appeal to retrieve the password of WeChat account, then submit relevant information according to the prompts, and log in with the new password after the appeal is successful.

Remarks: If the complaint fails, it can be handled manually through feedback from Tencent customer service applet.
