What if Huawei's mobile phone doesn't display call records?

If your phone call record is not displayed or lost, please check it according to the following scenarios:

1. Call records cannot be generated after a call is made or received.

1. Please check whether the privacy space is open.

When the main space and the private space have the same contacts, the call records are only displayed in the private space. It is recommended that you view the call records in your private space or move your contacts to the main space (as shown below):

Enter the privacy space, click Settings, and search Enter Privacy Space > Privacy Space to Main Space > Contacts. The call records will also be migrated and transferred to the main space.

2. You may have modified the system date/time, resulting in the new call record not being displayed at the top.

It is recommended that you enter the settings, search and enter the date and time, and change the date and time to the latest.

It is recommended that you enter a dial/phone number, and then click > Settings > Call Records Merge > Press Time to display all call records.

3. The system sets the default storage limit of call records to 2000. When the limit is reached, the old call records will be deleted and the latest 2000 will be kept.

It is recommended that you back up the old phone records to cloud hosting first, and then clean up the historical phone records. If it is an earlier call record, you can also check with the operator.

4. Maybe a third-party application deleted your call record:

(1) Enter Settings, Search Rights Management >; In the upper right corner > access records, view the call records of these applications within 7 days.

(2) Enter Settings, Search Authority Management >; Permission, find the call record > create/modify/delete the call record, and see if any third-party software has checked this permission. Please revoke the permission to create/modify/delete call records for these applications.

5. Please try to clear the contact data.

Enter settings, search application management, find the contact, and click Save >; Delete data.

Reminder: Clearing the contact data will not delete the contact.

If the above methods can't solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up your data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately), and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei customer service center for testing.
