Arrival and pick-up of unaccompanied children

The airline will contact the recipient in advance according to your child's flight information. After the flight lands, the carrier will arrange a special person to pick up your child, and handle the handover formalities with the flight attendant to assist your child in the arrival formalities. The airport pick-up person must show his valid ID at the arrival station, and the ground service personnel will hand over the child to the airport pick-up person after verification.
