The steps for scanning an ID card using the Liaoning Mobile Taxation App are as follows:

1. Open the Liaoning Provincial Electronic Taxation Bureau Mobile Taxation App and slide to "Public Inquiry" on the "Service" page part.

2. Click the "Collect Real Name Information" menu to enter the interface, add the front and back photos of your ID card, and automatically identify the ID card information to the information verification area at the bottom of the page.

3. Click the "Next" button to add additional information.
