Many netizens reported in the Apple mobile phone discussion community that they did not receive any deduction feedback after binding their UnionPay cards to purchase software. After checking the relevant bank websites, they found that the balance had not changed. In this regard, Tencent Technology has called UnionPay, relevant bank customer service and Apple technical support respectively to inquire.

UnionPay told Tencent Technology that in this transaction, the three parties agreed that only when the user consumes more than 39 yuan within 3 days, the system will deduct the fee and notify the user via SMS or WeChat; if the consumption does not If it exceeds 39 yuan, the system will deduct the fee on the third day. Debit cards are different from credit cards. Deposit cards do not have the problem of freezing funds if you pay 1 yuan in advance.

A bank customer service staff also confirmed to Tencent Technology that payments are not deducted based on the number of times, but orders are generated centrally by the system. However, as for the specific process details, the customer service said that they would have to ask Apple before deciding whether to make them public.

Apple technical support stated that there are situations where credit cards require a prepayment of 1 yuan to ensure that the credit card can be used, and the 1 yuan deducted will be returned to the user at the end of the month. However, Apple technical support did not respond to why users did not receive the deduction information.
