How to recover the phone number if it is blacked out?

The recovery method of the hacked phone number is as follows:

System: iOS 16.0.3

1. Click the contact option below in your phone.

2. Click to enter the blacklist contact information interface.

3. Click more options below to expand.

4. Click the Delete from Blacklist option.

5. Or click the three options in the upper right corner to expand.

6. Click the harassment interception option to enter, and click the interception rule option below.

7. Click to enter the blacklist, select a mobile phone and click Remove below.
