The donation certificate of China Voluntary Service Foundation can be divided into electronic donation certificate and paper donation certificate. Obtain an electronic donation certificate: Considering the cost of manpower and material resources, if you need a donation certificate, as a rule, we will issue an electronic donation certificate to each donor who donates 1 yuan or more and send it by mail. Obtain a paper donation certificate: individual donation: According to the regulations, we will issue a paper donation certificate to every donor who donates to 500 yuan and above, and send it by courier; Unit donation: according to the regulations, we will issue paper donation certificates to each donation unit with a donation of 5,000 yuan or more and send them by express delivery; Social organizations (foundations, social organizations and private non-enterprise units) that have been legally registered or recognized as charitable organizations for two years shall meet the following conditions when applying for the qualification of public fundraising: 1. Establish a standardized internal governance structure according to laws, regulations and articles of association, the board of directors can make effective decisions, the post of the person in charge conforms to relevant regulations, and the members and persons in charge of the board of directors are diligent, honest and trustworthy; 2. No more than one-third of the members of the board of directors are from the same organization and related organizations, and those who have close relatives serve on the board of directors at the same time; 3. No more than one third of the board members are from Chinese mainland, and the legal representative is from Chinese mainland; 4. The Secretary-General is full-time, the chairman (president) and the Secretary-General shall not be concurrently held by the same person, and there are full-time staff members suitable for the activities of this charity organization; 5. A charitable organization registered with the civil affairs department of the people's government at or above the provincial level has a board of supervisors composed of three or more supervisors; 6. Handle tax registration according to law and fulfill tax payment obligations; 7. Participate in social organization evaluation according to regulations, and the evaluation result is 3A or above; 8. Not included in the exception list at the time of application; 9. In the two years before applying for the qualification of public fundraising, there is no administrative punishment for violating the relevant laws and regulations of social organizations, and there are no other violations of laws and regulations and national policies.

Legal basis: Article 5 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Welfare Donation Law. The use of donated property shall respect the wishes of the donor and conform to the purpose of public welfare, and the donated property shall not be used for other purposes. Article 6 Donations shall abide by laws and regulations, and shall not violate social morality, and shall not harm the public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens.
