Why do college students receive text messages when their student loan is postponed?

Consult the loan assistance center of China Development Bank. The student loan for college students has been extended. Banks will not attach unreasonable conditions, or ask for transfer and remittance or ask for personal information on the grounds of avoiding interest or delaying repayment.
