What if there is no response when the fingerprint of the mobile phone is unlocked?

1. Whether the fingerprint unlocking area and fingers are clean, such as finger peeling, sweating, stains, cocoon formation, peeling, oil stains, sweat stains or many water marks in the fingerprint recognition area, may cause insensitivity to unlocking. It is recommended to wipe your fingers and screen slightly before fingerprint identification.

2. Whether to use the official original film. If not, try to remove the film.

3. Whether the fingerprint pressing method is correct. When pressing the fingerprint recognition area, your finger can exert a little force and stay for a while.

3. Check the infrared sensor: Please press the "power button" to light up the screen, and then unlock it with your fingerprint to see if you can enter the desktop.

It can be unlocked, and the occlusion prompt message appears on the screen:

Non-original film used: the infrared sensor of the mobile phone is hidden and located around the receiver. If you use a non-original film, it may block infrared rays and make the black screen unable to unlock. I suggest you take off the film and check it.

Original film used: Please check whether the infrared sensor is blocked or stained. If so, please remove the blockage or stain before inspection.

4. Please enter the phone settings-Fingerprint, Face and Password (or Fingerprint and Password) and check whether the options of "Unlock with Fingerprint" and "Identify Fingerprint when Screen Off" are turned on. I suggest you open it and check it.

5. Delete the fingerprint and re-enter, restart the phone or try to restore all settings.

6. Check whether to use third-party one-button screen locking software.

Based on the security control of screen locking in Android system, when third-party screen locking software is needed to unlock the screen, the screen locking password or pattern password must be used instead of fingerprint or face unlocking. It is recommended that you uninstall the third-party one-button screen lock software and use the one-button screen lock software that comes with your mobile phone.

7. Upgrade the system version: The new version of the system improves the compatibility and stability, and optimizes the performance. Please go to Settings-System Upgrade (some models are Settings-My Device -iQOOUI Version) to check the system version information. If it is not the latest version, I suggest you upgrade your experience.
