How to send text messages to log out family network members?

The activation of Family and Family Network from "2501*Member Number 1*Member Number 2" to 10086 must be done by the payer. (Network text messages can be sent to 1-4 member numbers at a time, and cannot be the numbers of paying parents.) After activation, the text messages will be notified to the network initiators and members.

Adding members from "2502*member number to be added" to 10086 must be done by the payer. The SMS can only be sent to one number at a time. After success, the SMS will be notified to the network organizer and all members.
