How to check the phone bill by SMS

You can edit the short message "HF" on your mobile phone as 100 10, or you can check the phone bill of the current month through the following channels:

1. You can log in to the online business hall/homepage and click self-service > phone bill inquiry > monthly phone bill.

2. After logging in to the mobile phone business hall client, click Query >; Telephone bill inquiry > current month's telephone bill.

To query the balance, you can edit the short message "CXYE" or "YE" to 100 10, or you can query the account balance in the following ways:

1. Log in to the online business hall/Click Home Self-service > Call Charge > Call Charge Query > Account Balance.

2. After logging in to the mobile phone business hall client, click Query >; Telephone bill inquiry > account balance.
