Edit the short message "CXYE" or "YE" to 100 10 to check the account balance.

You can also check the account balance in the following ways:

1. Log in to the online business hall/click on the home page self-service > phone bill inquiry > account balance;

2. After logging in to the mobile phone business hall client, click Query >; Telephone bill inquiry > account balance.
