Third, the recruitment process

Recruiting non-commissioned officers shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of individual application, medical examination and political examination, professional examination and approval, signing agreements, approving enlistment and organizing handover.

College graduates can register in the employment guidance department of school graduates or the recruitment office of the county (city, district) where the school is located, or in the recruitment office of the county (city, district) where the household registration is located. Eligible previous graduates can register at the recruitment office of their county (city, district).

Physical examination and political examination shall be organized and implemented by the county (city, district) conscription office.
