Why does CCB repeatedly send short messages with expired ID cards?

CCB will proactively send no more than 7 SMS reminders to customers with expired ID cards within three time periods: 90 days before expiration, 90 days after expiration and more than 90 days after expiration. If the customer's ID card has expired or will expire soon, the validity period of the ID card can be updated in the following ways: 1. Log in to mobile banking, click the ≡ sign in the upper left corner to enter the "My Information" function, click "Modify Customer Information", select the "Certificate Validity" menu, and update according to the prompts. 2. Follow and enter the official account of "China Construction Bank Customer Service" WeChat, click "Business Processing-ID Card Expiration Update" menu, enter the "Pocket Branch" applet, and follow the prompts on the page. Note: If the customer's reservation certificate is not a resident ID card, please bring your valid ID card to any branch of China Construction Bank.
