How to Restore Nail Chat Records

Restore and check the trash can in the nailing server.

1. Resume at the nailing server: Open the nailing client, enter the chat record interface, and drop down until the option of "View more message records" appears. Click "View more message records" to enter the historical message record interface. In the historical message record interface, you can find the deleted chat record, and click the chat record to be restored to view the details.

2. Check the trash can: Nail provides the trash can function, which can restore the deleted chat records within a certain period of time. Use this function to open the nailing application, click the "Work" tab at the bottom, and click the "trash can" icon in the upper right corner. In the trash can, you can check whether you can find the deleted chat records. If you find the records you want to restore, you can choose to restore them.
