Someone received a phone call from a strange woman with a private number around 17 one day. The other party claims to be the customer service staff of China Mobile, and is now helping her to exchange points for phone bills. As long as you send her the verification code received in her mobile phone, you can use 400 yuan to exchange phone bills.

Someone believed it and told the other party after receiving the verification code. The other party said that the business has been completed and the phone bill will be received within 48 hours. Shortly after putting down the phone, this person received a short message reminding him that he had spent 800 yuan, including cash 20 yuan and electronic coupon 780 yuan. He was puzzled by this and tried to call the "customer service" just now, but the other party's number could not be connected. He realized that he had met a liar and immediately reported the case to the police station.

Reminder: The electronic coupon lost by the victim is an electronic shopping coupon given by China Mobile's discount package, which can be used to exchange goods with corresponding prices in some designated stores. After the criminal suspect obtained the victim's information through improper means, he pretended to be the customer service staff of China Mobile and defrauded the victim's consumption verification code on the grounds of helping to exchange the phone bill. Once they succeed, they will consume the electronic shopping vouchers in the victim's account.
