This general situation cannot be checked. It can only be said that after the case is accepted, the court will take the initiative to inform the defendant or go to the local court for verification. If there is public information on the website of the local court, you can find it. It shall be served on the defendant within five days after filing the case, and the defendant shall reply within fifteen days after receiving the litigation materials.

If the defendant is sued by CITIC Bank for involving in a civil lawsuit, the litigation information shall be a paper filing document or an electronic filing notice sent by the court where the civil case is filed to the defendant, guarantor and other relevant personnel in the civil case. The cardholder's bank will not receive the filing information, and the bank official website will not provide information disclosure service.
