Discussion on strengthening the exit of expressway toll stations around urban areas

Notification of epidemic prevention and control

According to the current needs of epidemic prevention and control, with the approval of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, from 6: 00 on March 6, 2022, six expressway exits around the urban area were temporarily closed, and checkpoints were set at five unsealed exits. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Jingtai Expressway: The exits of Xuzhou West and Liu Xin toll stations are temporarily closed, but the entrances are normally open. Hanwang, Pengcheng and Xuzhou North toll stations are open normally, and checkpoints are set at the exits.

2. Lianhuo Expressway: The exits of Xuzhou South, Lvliang and Dongtan toll stations are temporarily closed and the entrances are normally open. Xuzhou toll station is open normally, and checkpoints are set at the exit.

3. Huai-Xu Expressway: xuzhou east toll station is open normally, with checkpoints at the exit.

4. Xuji Expressway: The exit of Ji Zheng toll station is temporarily closed and the entrance is normally open.

5. The establishment and inspection of the export checkpoints of the above five toll stations shall be implemented by the local government, and special passages shall be set up for vehicles and personnel from key epidemic areas such as medium and high risk, and inspection and management shall be carried out according to the following standards:

(1) Drivers and passengers who can provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and whose health code is green code can pass in an orderly manner.

(2) If the corresponding negative certificate of nucleic acid detection cannot be provided or the hygiene code is yellow code, the nucleic acid shall be sampled nearby and disposed according to the standard.

(3) If the health code is red, drivers and passengers are prohibited from leaving the vehicle, and the health department shall implement centralized and isolated medical observation according to regulations.

The time for the six temporarily closed toll stations to resume traffic will be announced separately. Drivers and passengers are requested to make travel plans in advance, arrange travel routes reasonably, make preparations in advance and cooperate with the inspection work.
