Legal basis: Working Rules of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organs for Handling Reports and Accusations

Article 7 The discipline inspection and supervision organs shall receive the reports of informants in the following ways:

Mailing the report to the discipline inspection and supervision organ;

Reflect in person at the reception place designated by the discipline inspection and supervision organ;

(three) to report complaints to the discipline inspection and supervision organs;

(4) Sending electronic materials to the reporting and complaint websites, WeChat public platforms, mobile phone clients and other reporting and acceptance platforms of the discipline inspection and supervision organs;

Reports and complaints transferred by other organs, departments and units that fall within the scope of acceptance by the discipline inspection and supervision organs shall be received according to regulations.

Article 8 The discipline inspection and supervision organs at or above the county level shall specify the departments and personnel responsible for reporting letters and visits, set up places to receive the masses, publicize the address, telephone number, website and other information of reports and complaints, publish relevant rules and regulations, and centrally accept reports and complaints. The patrol inspection institution shall handle the complaints received in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Article 9 The discipline inspection and supervision organs shall receive visitors responsibly, listen patiently to the problems reflected by them, do a good job in solving doubts and doubts, and properly handle problems. Establish a system of regular visits by discipline inspection and supervision cadres, and relevant responsible persons receive important visits and handle important letters and visits.

Article 10 The complaint reporting department of the discipline inspection and supervision organ shall register the number of complaints and reports within the scope of acceptance, and enter them into the complaint reporting platform as required. The reports and accusations against party member, cadres and supervisory objects involved in the management of Party committees at the same level shall be regularly sorted out and summarized, and reported to the principal responsible person of this organ.
