The steps to package a video into a file and send it to others are as follows:

1. Find the video to be compressed into a file on your computer, right-click and select "Add to Compressed File" from the menu.

2. Then, in the opened compressed file name and parameters, set the compressed file name, compressed file format, compressed mode and compressed options as required.

3. Right-click the file to be transferred and select Properties, then select the Share tab and click the Share button.

4. Select the account to share. Here, we select Everyone, and then click Add.

5. Then, you can click Copy to send the path of the shared file to the other party.
