Qq freeze-thaw requires face scanning, but the face scanning shows that no face is detected? What should we do?

1. First, in the QQ login page that opens, select Go to Security Center, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then in the page that opens, select Modify Password to Unfreeze, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then, in the opened page, select Fill in the verification data and select Start Verification, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then fill in the password you use and the secure e-mail address for receiving information, as shown in the figure below.

5. Finally, fill in your friend's information, inform your friend of the receipt number, and complete the auxiliary waiting processing result, as shown in the figure below.
