Alibaba's judicial auction failed, when will the deposit be refunded? How to return it?

The bidder's deposit will be refunded without interest within ten working days. The return method is to return to Alipay.

Taking the real estate auction as an example, this paper introduces the detailed judicial auction process of Ali auction:

2. Enter Taobao account to log in.

3. After logging in successfully, drop down the home page to see the "Real Estate" interface.

4. Or select the property and location in the subject matter type and location at the top left of the homepage.

5. Enter the screening interface, set the screening criteria, and search for the target property you want.

6. After determining the intended object, register.

7. Sign the registration agreement and pay the deposit according to the webpage prompts, and you can obtain the bidding qualification. The deposit amount is 5% to 20% of the starting price. See the auction/transfer announcement for the specific amount.

A There is enough money in Alipay's balance, which can be used to pay the deposit directly or by bank card. If the amount exceeds 50,000, it is recommended to use bank card online banking to pay insurance on the computer.

After paying the deposit, if the auction is successful, the deposit will be directly transferred to the account of the disposal unit; If the auction fails, the deposit will be thawed within 72 hours; If the deposit is paid directly by bank card, it will be returned to the bank card within 3-5 working days; If the bank card fails to be returned, you can directly check it in Alipay account.

C You can also pay the deposit after the auction (before the auction ends), but it is generally recommended to pay the deposit 1-2 days before the auction to avoid missing the auction due to problems with the deposit.

D successful registration means successful registration. If you pay the insurance and don't bid, the deposit will be refunded.

8. After the insurance payment is successful, a bidding number will be generated. If the auction has already started, the button that originally signed up for the deposit will become a "bid" button; If the auction hasn't started yet, the button to sign up for the deposit will become a "wait for auction" button, and it will become a bid button after the auction starts.

9. Participate in the auction

All mobile phones and computers can bid, and the number of bids is not limited (no bidding is required). You can bid during the auction, and you don't need money in your account when bidding.

Bid within five minutes before the auction ends. The auction end time will be extended by five minutes on the basis of the bidding time, and each bidding within five minutes will be delayed (subject to the countdown of the subject matter details page).

At least one person can sign up, the bid is greater than or equal to the starting price, and the highest bidder can win.

10, bidding succeeded.

After the auction is successful, the general subject matter page will remind you: Congratulations on getting the subject matter. You can also check whether your bidding is successful or not through the last bidding in the bidding record, and see if it is your own bidding.

After the auction is successful, the deposit will be transferred to the Alipay account of the court. If the goods are auctioned and the balance is not paid, and the buyer regrets not returning the deposit after the auction, the court may decide to auction again.

When the balance is transferred to the bank account designated by the court, the court needs to inquire about the arrival of the money, and contact the court for formalities about 3 working days after payment.

12. Handle the transfer.

After handling the delivery procedures of the subject matter with the court, you will generally get the court's transaction confirmation, judicial ruling, assistance in execution and auction receipt, and then take the court documents and related identity materials to the local functional departments to pay taxes and fees and handle the transfer.
