3. Pay vehicle purchase tax and get positive and negative tax books.

4. Prepare all kinds of documents.

Article 52

After the motor vehicle transfer registration or cancellation of registration, the original motor vehicle owner may apply to the vehicle management office to use the original motor vehicle license plate number when applying for the registration of newly purchased motor vehicles.

The use of the original motor vehicle license plate number shall meet the following conditions:

(a) to apply within six months after the transfer registration or cancellation of registration;

(two) the owner of the motor vehicle has owned the original motor vehicle for more than three years;

(3) The road traffic safety violations and traffic accidents involving the original motor vehicles have been dealt with.
