Odm refers to the original design manufacturer. Odm is the abbreviation of Original Design Manufacturer, which refers to the production mode that the purchaser entrusts the manufacturer to provide all services from research and development, design to production and post-maintenance, and the purchaser is responsible for sales. Buyers sometimes authorize their brands and agree with manufacturers to produce products with their brands.

This is the relationship between Shenzhen Zhongnuo Communication Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Furi Electronics, and Huawei. It mainly provides mobile phone ODM services for Huawei, such as R&D, design, manufacturing and capital increase application.

Recently, there are rumors that "China Mobile will release NZONES7 series 5G mobile phones in the near future, with HarmonyOS system 2.0 pre-installed. China Mobile NZONE, manufactured by Zhongnuo Communication, a subsidiary of the company, will be the first mobile phone brand outside Huawei to launch the HarmonyOS system. Upon verification, up to now, Zhongnuo Communication, the holding subsidiary, has not provided ODM/OEM services for the above-mentioned mobile phones, and the models currently produced by the company are not equipped with HarmonyOS system.

In addition, Furi Electronics also introduced customers such as voice and TCL. On the basis of stabilizing the stock of customers such as motorcycles, Huawei and ASUS, the ODM plate retains customers such as Xiaomi and DJI. In 2020, Zhongnuo Communication, a related subsidiary, will also launch the R&D and trial production of 5G related IOT products, invest in the construction of TWS product lines, and enrich the company's peripheral products around mobile terminals.

In 2020, Furi Industry actively participated in the information group system supply chain project, expanded the business scale of electronic components, and the proportion of electronic components trade continued to rise; Participated in the bidding of China Railway Tunnel, China Railway Bureau, China Construction Bureau and other large central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises, and achieved good results.

Generally speaking, Furi Electronics cannot be regarded as Huawei's industrial chain, but it is certain that it has business dealings with Huawei. Its subsidiaries have cooperated with Huawei in the field of communication for many years, mainly engaged in "brand" business.
