1. Temporary control area

II. Temporary control time limit and nucleic acid testing requirements

Temporary control time limit

Starting from 14:00 on November 24, 2022, the temporary control time will be based on the epidemic situation The development and nucleic acid testing situation will be adjusted in real time, and control measures will be lifted in a scientific and orderly manner. The relevant situation will be announced separately.

Nucleic acid testing requirements

During the temporary control period, personnel in the area will undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with the "daily test" requirements, and subsequent adjustments will be made dynamically based on the nucleic acid testing situation and the epidemic situation. During the inspection period, ensure that all necessary inspections are carried out to ensure full coverage and no blind spots. Citizens and friends are requested to cooperate in related work.

3. Precautions

Maintain temporary regional control

Strictly implement temporary control measures, implement 24-hour patrols in the temporary control area, and strictly control the entry and exit of the temporary control area. Traffic control will be implemented on municipal roads, highways and sidewalks, and vehicles and people will implement "only in, no out" requirements. Personnel responsible for epidemic prevention and control, production safety, emergency rescue, medical treatment, people's livelihood protection, duty watch and other tasks must enter and exit with valid certificates, and other vehicles and personnel are strictly prohibited from passing through.

No movement unless necessary

During the temporary control period, various folk activities will be suspended. Strictly implement the postponement of funerals and not other arrangements. All personnel are required to stay at home, and gatherings such as gatherings, dinners, and visits are prohibited. If there are special circumstances such as emergency medical treatment that require leaving the temporary control area, they must report to the district epidemic prevention and control headquarters for filing and approval, and hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours. Only then can you come in and out.

Relevant business activities are suspended

All types of market transactions are suspended during the temporary control period. If pharmacies, medical institutions and other necessary places that meet the basic needs of the people really need to operate, employees must maintain a 24-hour period. The nucleic acid negative certificate will be confirmed within hours. All other business premises and stores will be closed.

Strictly pursue responsibilities in accordance with the law

Those who refuse to undergo centralized isolation or treatment, conceal epidemic-related itineraries and close contact history, refuse to report to the community, or obstruct official duties of epidemic prevention and control will be punished. Those who refuse to cooperate, disrupt order, spread rumors, fail to participate in nucleic acid testing without reason, or fail to produce nucleic acid testing reports, causing the spread of the epidemic, will be held accountable in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases".

The above measures will be adjusted in time according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
