1. From the day of arrival, centralized isolation was carried out for 7 days, and the nucleic acid detection of throat swab was carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days. The isolation control can only be released after the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection is issued on the seventh day. All localities should strictly implement the "first station responsibility system" and transport it to centralized isolation points in a closed loop when it arrives in Mian.

2. For those who have lived in Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province in the past 7 days, centralized isolation shall be implemented for 7 days from the date of arrival in Mian. All localities should strictly implement the "first station responsibility system" and transport it to centralized isolation points in a closed loop when it arrives in Mian.

3. For people who have lived in Hedong District, Hexi District, Nankai District, Hebei District, Dongli District, Xiqing District and Jinnan District of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, except Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, Shenzhen City of Guangdong Province, Guiyang City, Zunyi City and Bijie City of Guizhou Province, home isolation will be implemented for 3 days from the day they arrive in Mian (for those who do not have home isolation conditions or do not accept home isolation control, centralized isolation will be implemented. The nucleic acid detection (door-to-door sampling) was completed in 3 days, and the isolation control was released after the third day when the nucleic acid detection result was negative and the home isolation time had passed (3 days× 24 hours).

1. Cross-city (state) floating population living in Chengdu, Neijiang and Yibin in recent 7 days will be isolated at home for 5 days from the date of arrival. 1, 2, 3 and 5 completed four nucleic acid tests (door-to-door sampling). On the fifth day, the nucleic acid test results were negative and the home isolation time has passed (5 days × 5 days). Since September of 13, if the home isolation was not completed on the fifth day, the home isolation was conducted for five days.

1. People in epidemic-free counties (cities, districts and banners) can move freely, without providing negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After entering Sichuan, they can scan the "entry code" in time and implement relevant management measures according to the epidemic prevention and control reminder SMS.

2. For those who have lived in high-risk areas in recent 7 days, take 7-day centralized isolation medical observation measures. Nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days after centralized separation; The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

3. For those who have lived in a moderately dangerous area for the last 7 days, take home medical observation for 7 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test for those who have been isolated at home for 1, 4 and 7 days; Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation; The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

4. For those who have lived in low-risk areas within 7 days, complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days (with an interval of 24 hours), do not go out unless necessary, and do a good job in health monitoring.

(4) Measures for the Administration of Entry Personnel

Implement "7-day centralized isolation medical observation +3-day home health monitoring", and carry out nucleic acid detection on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days centralized isolation medical observation and 3-day home health monitoring. After the quarantine at the port of entry 10 days, control measures shall be implemented for those who have returned to the river of entry. People who have not completed the 10 day isolation should be monitored at home until 10 day. During this period, you should monitor your body temperature and symptoms and do not go out. If you have to go out due to special circumstances such as medical treatment, do personal protection and don't take public transportation. If you recently returned to the river after 7 days of centralized isolation in Chengdu, you will perform 3 days of family health monitoring; Those who return to the river in a closed loop after completing the centralized isolation in Chengdu for 10 day will no longer be controlled. If the river does not return to the closed loop, home isolation measures will be implemented for 5 days.
