The method of opening the short message function of online banking is:

Take ICBC bank card as an example:

1. If you have reserved your mobile phone number when registering online banking at a bank outlet, you can log in to online banking and activate yourself through the function of "User Service-SMS Authentication-Self-Service SMS Activation Verification".

2. If you don't reserve your mobile phone number when registering online banking at a bank outlet, please bring your ID card and online banking registration card to any bank outlet to apply for opening.

3. After a customer who has registered online banking at the counter logs in to online banking, click "SMS Banking"-"Open" in "Electronic Banking Registration-Open Electronic Banking" and follow the instructions on the page to open it.

4. ICBC Messenger:

(1) After logging in to ICBC online banking, click ICBC Messenger and select Customize on the right side of "Balance Change Reminder".

(2) According to the prompt, select the account for which you want to customize the balance change reminder, and enter relevant information. If you need to display the account balance in the SMS, remember to tick "Account Balance" on the right.
