If the buyer is worried about being cut off and needs to hang up, please ask before the handover (the premium should not exceed 30% as far as possible). The consignment will collect the deposit of the difference from the owner, and then transfer it to the buyer after the purchase is successful.

3. After the publicity period, the buyer will buy the number in time. After the transaction is completed, a detailed screenshot of the order will be sent to the discussion group. The owner will confirm whether the character has been sold, and return the deposit and the difference to the buyer after the consignment inspection.

About the running order: if the buyer fails to purchase it within 0/2 hours after the end of the publicity period, it will be regarded as a malicious running order, and the deposit paid by the buyer will not be refunded, and the deposit will be shared equally with the owner. If the number owner maliciously removes the account or fails to put the account in Wanbao Building (including any malicious billing behavior), the number owner needs to pay a billing fee of 10%. If the owner only pays the consignment fee as a deposit and is unwilling to pay it after running the bill, the buyer cannot share the cost of running the bill. If the approval fails when putting on the shelves, the buyer needs to put on the shelves for the second time, which is not counted as the buyer's running order. If the owner puts it on the shelves twice, it depends on whether the buyer is willing to wait for the third time before continuing. If it is not, it will be counted as the owner's running list (if it is confirmed that the failure of putting on the shelves is caused by the system rather than the owner's fault, both parties can cancel the transaction peacefully).
