1, domestic departure process

(1) Change boarding pass and baggage check-in: When you arrive at the airport, please go to the designated service desk in the departure hall on time with your ticket and your valid ID card to go through boarding and baggage check-in procedures and get your boarding pass.

(2) Buying aviation insurance: You can decide whether to buy insurance.

(3) Security check: When passing the security check, the boarding pass should be shown to the staff first, and the passengers should take the metal detection door.

(4) Wait for the plane.

(5) Boarding: You can wait for a rest in the corresponding terminal according to the boarding slogan displayed on the boarding pass and listen to the broadcast prompts to board the plane.

2. International departure process

(1) Customs inspection: If you have any declaration, please take the red channel so that the customs can follow up. If not, please take the green channel.

(2) Baggage check-in and registration card replacement: With the air ticket and my valid ID card, go through the check-in and baggage check-in procedures at the designated check-in counter and get the boarding pass. Check-in stops 45 minutes before departure. Please note that passports, visas and travel documents should be carried with you and should not be transported in checked baggage.

(3) Buy aviation insurance: You can buy aviation insurance at your own discretion.

(4) Frontier inspection: Confirm whether the exit card is filled in, and submit it to the frontier inspection station together with the passport and visa for inspection (China passengers do not need to fill in the exit card).

(5) Safety inspection: For flight safety and carry-on baggage, safety inspection must be conducted. Baggage brought into the plane should be checked by X-ray machine, and passengers should go through metal detection doors.

(6) Waiting for boarding: You can wait for a rest in the corresponding waiting hall according to the boarding slogan displayed on the boarding pass, and listen to the radio to remind you to board the plane.
