9. Shelves and hook-shaped pallets should be flat and firm after combination, and the interlayer spacing can be adjusted freely as required. The cradle is light, free from resistance and noise, and clean and tidy.

10. Each shelf bears more than 100 kg. If it needs to be added, it can be specially designed.

Second, the product material technical requirements of the dense shelf

1, product material requirements _ sealing: the column end is equipped with a sealing device with a range of 20 mm, the top of the dense cabinet is sealed with a dust-proof plate, and the row room is sealed with a sealing strip to meet the requirements of fire prevention and dust prevention. The bottom is equipped with a moisture-proof and rat-proof device.

2. Requirements of surface spraying materials: meet GB/T 1720, GB/T 1732 and GB/T 1734 standards. The transmission mechanism requires that the transmission mechanism adopts intermediate transmission and transmits it to the rollers on both sides, which is light and flexible, and the load is stable, and there can be no fault. The handles are folded, which can avoid obstacles to traffic. When starting, no row will rotate with other handles.

3. Load performance requirements: 50Kg load is evenly distributed on one side of the frame, 100Kg load is evenly distributed on both sides, and the maximum deflection is 3 mm After unloading for 24h_ hours, there should be no cracks and permanent deformation. When the standard section (frame) is fully loaded (each single-sided frame is uniformly loaded with 50Kg), the frame body and columns should not be obviously deformed, and the frame body should not be toppled. _ In the case of full load, each column of the dense rack should run freely under manual control, and there should be no blockage. _ After being repeatedly subjected to 1/20 external force (horizontal external force along X and Y axes) 100 times, if the external force is cancelled, the inclination of the frame should not be greater than 1% of the total height, and there should be no obvious deformation of the supports and columns.
