I graduated from university not majoring in thermal engines, but in hydropower plants. It was mistakenly assigned to the thermal power plant and directed to the steam turbine installation industry. I realized that what we learned in college basically taught us the ability of logical thinking and the ability to analyze and deal with problems!

Fortunately, the workers and masters on the construction site are all good, and they are also good for me. So I work with every worker's master. However, many decentralized cadres from Beijing General Administration and Head Office have come to the team with high technical quality, which is an opportunity for me to learn. I remember my first business trip to Xi 'an to maintain equipment. The materials made by two old technicians were scrapped, but I got a baby. One is to maintain technical measures, and the other is to maintain the construction budget. With these two materials, I laid the foundation for becoming a technician in the future. Therefore, in the eyes of others, I am always better than others, or have foresight. Actually, I'm not. I'm just a stupid bird that flies first.

I studied the installation technology of turbogenerator, and I took the initiative to learn from my teacher. At that time, Hancheng Power Plant was under construction until winter, and the site had the habit of resting in winter. Everyone is resting in their own homes and dormitories and has no job. Although I have got married, I still spent three whole days consulting the monitor of the ontology class, asking him to start from the basic preparation until the whole process of installing this unit was covered. The master told me everything without reservation. So far, the master has praised everyone who knows me, and his most proud apprentice is me!

With these experiences, I still need to practice, and then let me take the lead to go out and be a big technician in the 3000w small unit of Shaanxi Fertilizer Plant. Behind him, there is a strong backing from the old director of the construction site and he is the captain. He can solve any engineering problem that cannot be solved. Let me learn a lot. When I officially became a technician, I met a serious general manager and asked our new technician to spend a month reciting his professional construction technical specifications. It is precisely because of the accumulation of this knowledge that I can stand out from most technicians and become the company's deputy chief engineer with the title of assistant engineer.
