How to prevent warehouse materials from being shipped incorrectly

Warehouse managers must have four understandings:

Understand the names and specifications of materials, basic performance and uses, technical storage procedures, and business processes.

The four skills: Ability to recognize goods, be able to convert, be able to keep and maintain, and be able to use weighing instruments and measuring tools.

Four pairs: accounts, cards, items, and funds are consistent.

Especially the ability to recognize goods: that is, being able to identify various materials in one's custody, knowing the shape, name, specifications, performance, use, internal structure, quality standards, and manufacturer's name of the materials, and also knowing that they can be substituted of similar materials.
