Jurisdiction of Jinan Intermediate People's Court:

1. The Higher People's Court has jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases with litigation subject matter of more than 654.38 billion yuan, as well as civil and commercial cases of first instance with litigation subject matter of more than 50 million yuan, where one party is not domiciled in the jurisdiction or involves foreign affairs, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Two, the intermediate people's court shall have jurisdiction over the following civil and commercial cases of first instance

1. Jinan and Qingdao Intermediate People's Courts have jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases of first instance where the amount of litigation subject matter is more than100,000 yuan, and civil and commercial cases of first instance where the amount of litigation subject matter is more than 5 million yuan, one party's domicile is not in its jurisdiction, or involving foreign affairs, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

2. 3. The Intermediate People's Courts of Jining, Weihai, Tai 'an, Binzhou, Rizhao and Dongying have jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases of first instance in which the amount of litigation subject matter is more than 3 million yuan, and the amount of litigation subject matter is more than 2 million yuan, and one party has no domicile in this area or is involved in foreign affairs, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

The Intermediate People's Courts of Dezhou, Liaocheng, Zaozhuang, Heze and Laiwu have jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases of first instance in which the amount of litigation subject matter is more than 3 million yuan, and domestic civil and commercial cases of first instance in which the amount of litigation subject matter is more than 2 million yuan and one party is not domiciled in this area;

4. Jinan Railway Transport Intermediate Court has jurisdiction over civil and commercial cases of first instance with the amount of litigation subject matter of more than 3 million yuan, which is in line with the special jurisdiction provisions. Qingdao Maritime Court has jurisdiction over maritime disputes and maritime disputes of first instance, and is not limited by the amount of disputes.
