I know that to participate in the 2022 Xiamen Haicang Half Marathon, I should meet the commitment of health participation responsibility, which contains the following terms and is signed by me:

1. The negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the competition must be checked.

2. Apply for the "health code" through the "Civil Administration" app or the "national government service platform" and ensure that the health code is green during the competition.

3. Cooperate with the inspection of the "Epidemic Prevention Travel Card", provide the travel track when picking up things, and there is no abnormal reminder on the travel card;

4. If there are local cases in the low-risk area or the city where it is located, but it has not been designated as a medium-high risk area, it has completed two inspections for three days before picking up the goods;

5. Not during centralized medical observation or home medical observation;

6. Cooperate with the Organizing Committee in health and epidemic prevention inspection, and do a good job in personal epidemic prevention protection during the Games.

I obey the decisions made by the organizing committee according to the changes of domestic epidemic situation, such as postponing or canceling the competition due to the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control.
