Changed Momo settings and mobile phone settings, but there is no new message reminder.

Check the message notification in Momo settings.

1. Click "Message Notification" in Momo's settings list.

2. Then, please check whether these message notification options in the figure below are turned on.

3. If you are sure that all message notifications are turned on, click the "Exit Current Account" column at the bottom of the settings list.

4. Then click "OK" button to exit the current Momo account. After logging out, try logging in again to see if you can solve the problem without prompting.

If you are an Apple phone, check the message notification of the system.

1. Locate the Settings application on the home screen and click Open.

2. Find the column of "Notification Center" in the setting list, and click Enter.

3. Then find "Mo Mo" in the application list at the bottom of the notification center, and click Enter.

4. Then, please check whether these option switches identified in the figure below are turned on.
