How to cancel the SMS banking service of ICBC?

There are two ways to cancel ICBC SMS banking:

1. SMS channel

Send "QXFW# card number or account number # password device dynamic password or SMS banking password" to 95588 to cancel SMS banking service for single card or single account;

Send "QXQB# card number or account number # password device dynamic password or SMS banking password" to 95588 to cancel SMS banking service for all cards and accounts.

2. Telephone banking channels

(1) self-service opening

Enter the telephone banking, select "7- Other financial services"-"8-SMS banking management"-"7-Cancel SMS banking service", and cancel SMS banking by yourself according to the voice prompts.

(2) Manual seat

After dialing 95588, select the manual service, and the manual service representative will cancel it for the user.
