This sentence is especially important when used in the relationship between cadres and masses at the grassroots level. The relationship between cadres and the masses is strong when gathered, but weak when scattered. First, the problems existing in the frontline work of grassroots cadres.

The third kind of people, who are new to the society, regard township work as a platform to solve the employment problem and are not at ease to try to mobilize. Therefore, most of these township cadres do not love their posts and are not dedicated. They have a weak sense of service, and their work is light and heavy. They are unwilling to do "small things" that are painstaking and meticulous and serve the masses, and they are unwilling to face the masses. In the usual work, that is, the leader has repeatedly urged one thing. These cadres are indifferent, even if they arrive in the village, they will turn around and leave. They are content to be postmen, microphones and remote controllers, and can't jump down to work.

Second, I am not good at working and dealing with the masses. They are either tongue-tied or swearing as soon as they come up. According to the people in the market town, when some cadres are rectifying illegal business operations and illegal stalls, the first sentence is "So-and-so didn't listen to advice, so I took all his things away". As soon as this statement came out, it immediately aroused public dissatisfaction, and the next work was difficult to carry out. It is understandable that some cadres want to put their work in place as soon as possible, but they are eager for success and lack the patience to communicate with the masses. Good citizens become unruly when they are in a hurry, and in the end they just shoot themselves in the foot.

Third, the relationship between cadres and masses is not close, so they can't really bear the worries of the people and solve their sufferings. Once, when I was doing propaganda and soliciting public opinion in the village, a common people said with a straight face, "What are you doing investigating and asking about these things and making some false gestures?" In the end, the problem is not unsolvable. " It can be seen that the inaction of some cadres is imperceptibly eroding the credibility of the government. Some township cadres do not want to go to the countryside. Even when I went to my own village group, I only saw village group cadres, afraid to contact the masses, even afraid of the masses, and rarely went deep into the masses.

Formalism and bureaucracy exist. Without communication with the masses, contradictions and problems among the masses cannot be discovered and understood in time, which leads to some contradictions not being solved and resolved in time, and small things become major events, which increases the difficulty of solving them. Second, how to carry out the work in the front line

I am a poor scholar. After observing and thinking, I only found the above three problems for the time being, which is also the existence of a small number of cadres. I think grass-roots work should be done well, and the key word is "mass satisfaction". Next, in view of the above three problems, combined with "how to improve the satisfaction of the masses", talk about how grassroots cadres should carry out their work in the front line:

First, be responsible and dare to take responsibility. In addition to implementing the above policies and ideas, making rectification, reporting, inspection and appraisal, grassroots cadres should also spare their energy to the village, hold group meetings and household heads meetings, keep in close contact with the masses, investigate and solve the most urgent problems reflected by the masses, truly take their wishes and voices as the first signal of decision-making, do practical things for the masses, and improve their happiness index.

Second, be patient and pay attention to communication methods to avoid conflicts. The requirements of the masses for leading cadres depend not only on what you say, but also on what you do, what you say, what you do and every move. This is not only a matter of personal moral cultivation, but also plays an important guiding role in the thinking and behavior of the masses. We should talk to the masses more, treat others equally through chat and exchange, show good feelings for others, maintain the feelings of public servants, and let the people feel the warmth of the party Committee and government with true feelings.

Third, we should strengthen training and study. First, implement collective training for township cadres, improve the quality of township cadres and enhance their ability to do things for the people;

Third, government cadres in the eyes of ordinary people.

According to the general reflection of the masses, they firmly believe that only the country and people can live a good life, and the current excellent situation in China shows that most cadres still make a difference, and so does Linli County.
