Henan dialect can be divided into three categories: one is the Central Plains Mandarin, which is what people are used to saying in a narrow sense; Secondly, Han Xin movies popular in Taihang Mountain area in northern Henan are distributed in Jiyuan, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, tangyin county, hua county and Anyang County in Anyang. Henan dialect, especially northern Henan dialect, is rich in tone sandhi. For example, the Z-variant rhyme and D-variant rhyme in Huojia dialect are widely distributed in northern Henan and its adjacent areas (including along the Yellow River, Shanxi, Shandong and Hebei). Many words in Henan dialect (reading a word, taking the initial of the first word and the vowel and tone of the second word, similar to the ancient phonetic notation "anti-tangent") are connected together. Erhua rhyme is also a kind of chorus.
