At present, you can check the short message list through the online business hall. If you can't view the detailed list, please follow these guidelines:

1 If you log in with a random code, you can't check the call record yet. Please log in with a service password instead.

2 If you are inquiring about the records that have just been used, you can inquire later or after the bill is issued, because the bill is not issued in real time;

The online business hall only provides detailed list query for the past six months. Please check whether the time you selected exceeds the time limit.

4. The billing period is 1 to 2 per month. Cannot query during invoicing. You can check the detailed list or bill from the 6th.

You can view the detailed list of SMS and MMS messages in the past six months (including this month) through the following channels:

1 Log in to the online business hall /0 1HBZ, and click "Telephone bill inquiry", "Bill details inquiry" and "Bill details of SMS and MMS";

2 After logging in to the client of the mobile phone business hall, click Services, Inquiries, Other Business Inquiries and Details of SMS and MMS.
