First, since February 22, 2022, the checkpoints for the prevention and control of road epidemics such as expressways, national highways and provincial highways in the city have been removed. Keep epidemic prevention and control points in railway stations, high-speed railway station, bus stations and airports, and continue to strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, travel inspection code, health code and nucleic acid detection for those who return to 10,000 people.

Two, continue to strengthen the health management of personnel in and out of Wan. On the basis of filing three days in advance, those who enter and return from outside the province will pass with the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and the green code of travel code and health code. After arriving at the destination, it is necessary to truthfully report the individual's trip to the village and the unit, and conduct another nucleic acid test within 72 hours. Those who have not been tested for more than 72 hours will be assigned a yellow code, and they will be monitored at home for 7 days. After three negative nucleic acid tests, they will be decoded.

Third, all counties should compact their territorial responsibilities, strictly carry out grid management, continuously strengthen the investigation and verification of 10,000 entry-exit personnel, and pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation. For the people who lived in the middle and high-risk districts and counties in the past 14 days, establish a work account, including those who entered and returned from outside the province, those who returned from abroad, close contacts and those with abnormal health codes. Organs, enterprises and institutions are responsible for the investigation and filing of employees in their own units, and all employers are responsible for the investigation and filing of returnees in accordance with the principles of "who hires, who is responsible" and "who manages, who is responsible".

Four, all kinds of public places should strictly implement the "COVID-19 key places, key units, key population epidemic prevention and control related protection guide", continue to do a good job in inspection of health code, travel code, temperature measurement, wearing masks, rice noodles and other prevention and control measures. If it is found that the health code of entry-exit personnel is abnormal, the business unit shall report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters at the first time and implement the control measures in time.

Five, strengthen the inspection and management of imported goods. All counties should adhere to the common defense of people, things and environment. Intensify the inspection and investigation of imported goods, urge relevant enterprises and business entities to implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strictly take measures such as incoming inspection, nucleic acid detection and preventive disinfection, strengthen the health management of relevant employees such as regular nucleic acid detection, and resolutely curb the spread of the epidemic through imported goods.

Six, counties should be in accordance with the requirements of the provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control normalization work, fully implement the "four early" measures, play the role of the top ten sentinel, strengthen monitoring and early warning, and eliminate the risk of epidemic spread. Strengthen group prevention and control, joint prevention and control, and encourage the masses to report people and behaviors that violate the provisions on epidemic prevention and control. Counties should set up hotlines, collect and verify the information reflected by the masses in time, and implement rewards. Those who do not voluntarily declare, conceal or lie about their residence history, contact history and other epidemic-related information, and do not implement the epidemic prevention and control regulations, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread, should be seriously investigated for responsibility according to law.
