The foreman who arranged for us was also particularly satisfied. The foreman gives people the impression that he is not a "bandit" or "glib" like many contractors, but rather simple, practical, diligent and particularly serious. Because of the epidemic, the entrance to the renovation of the community is limited, and all the neighbors in the whole building need to sign and agree to start construction. The foreman knocked on the door from door to door, and some owners made an appointment to visit at night when they were not at home during the day. Finally, he got the signatures of all his neighbors by himself, which really touched us!

The later construction is also satisfactory. Before the start of construction, Quanbaoyuan signed a project management manual with us, which stipulated the acceptance criteria and budget of each construction node. Because the decoration, acceptance marking and cost of water and electricity have been discussed before signing the contract, and because others have a clear budget and engineering quantity, there is no case of adding projects beyond the budget.

Here, I also want to remind you that it is said that many companies will not explicitly write the project budget and acceptance criteria into the contract in the early stage of construction, which will lay a mine for the later additions, and once problems arise, disputes will easily occur.

Having said that, I'm not advertising the all-inclusive decoration company. I just want to remind you that no matter what kind of decoration company you are looking for, the design contract, construction contract, budget, contract attachments and acceptance criteria signed should be specific to every point. Because signing a contract is like making laws, you think there may be loopholes in this place, and someone will definitely drill them.
