Iphone emergency contacts can't receive text messages.

1. First unlock the phone and click Open Settings on the phone desktop, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then in the open settings page, find and click the SOS emergency contact, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then, in the page that opens, click Set Emergency Contact in Health.

4. Then click Edit, and click Add Emergency Contact.

5. Finally, click to select a contact, and finally click Finish.
