How to write the explanation of taekwondo award-winning achievements

1. Today, I am very honored to win a medal in this competition. Thank my family for their support in practicing Taekwondo.

2. Thanks to my coach, who made me understand the spirit of Taekwondo, courtesy, honesty, patience and self-denial.

3.
