The refund process with prepaid transaction is the same as that without prepaid transaction, and the payer will not be notified.

Refund process:

1, log on to Taobao

2. Enter my Taobao.

Step 3 Enter "Bought Baby"

4. Click "Refund/Return" pointing to the commodity column.

5. Click "I want a refund"

6. Select the reason and amount of refund-"Submit Refund Application"
