Henan Government Service Network is a portal website hosted and undertaken by Henan Big Data Administration. The portal website has been built as an Internet government service portal website with five levels of linkage in Henan province, city, county, township and village.

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of "Guiding Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Comprehensive Office of Provincial Government Services" (No.35 [2020] of Guo Ban Fa), further deepen decentralization, strengthen supervision, improve service reform, continuously optimize the business environment, create high-quality, convenient and efficient comprehensive office services, and maximize enterprise benefits and convenience benefits, this plan is formulated in combination with the actual situation of our province.

I. Work objectives

Guided by the needs of enterprises (including individual industrial and commercial households, farmers' professional cooperatives, the same below) and the masses to work in different places, relying on the national integrated government service platform, focusing on ensuring the improvement of people's livelihood, promoting employment and entrepreneurship, and facilitating the cross-regional production and operation of enterprises, we will innovate the supply mode of government services, start with high-frequency government services, and constantly promote "inter-provincial communication" to realize "instant, online, nearby and one place work in different places" for enterprises and the masses.

Before the end of 20021,according to the unified deployment of the State Council and the pilot work in our province, we will ensure that 75 national high-frequency government services will be "inter-provincial" and continue to optimize the government services that have been "inter-provincial". Actively promote the transfer of more government services to the borders of neighboring countries, concentrate the input and output of labor, and "cross-provincial cooperation" between the east and the west.

After 20021,the other eight national high-frequency government services will gradually realize "inter-provincial communication", promote the all-round development of government services in our province, provide more mature and accurate services, effectively support regional coordinated development and inter-provincial business cooperation, and effectively meet the needs of enterprises and people in different places.
